We welcome feedback about housing services. Please telephone our office to ask how to raise a concern or request the current complaints policy.
We aim to approach housing enquiries fairly and respectfully, recognising different backgrounds, circumstances and support needs.
When you submit the Apply for Support form, your name, contact details, service choice and message are stored privately in the WordPress website dashboard so authorised administrators can review and respond to your enquiry.
Form submissions are also sent to support@mshousingtrust.co.uk as an email notification when WordPress mail delivery is functioning. Submissions are scheduled for deletion from the website database after 180 days. WordPress's scheduled tasks depend on website traffic, so deletion may not occur at the exact 180-day mark.
We ask that you do not include detailed medical histories, court case records, or sensitive documents in this initial form. For enquiries about access to or removal of your submitted details, contact the office using the phone number shown below.
This page describes the website form only. For the organisation's complete privacy notices and policies, please contact Midshire directly.
